First - your email just make me chuckle! I'm slower than you! I'm a walker, but do like to run, but more at an 11:00 min/mile pace. You are not alone!
The club has runs every Tues and Thurs and for all paces. Feel free to join in anytime. I'm with the walkers and lead that group. We walk a distance decided on by the folks that show up.
Also, consider joining the Saturday training runs - more info on the web site. My schedule doesn't leave me too many Saturday's free, but consider joining those folks too.
Our mini training program starts in Jan so be looking for info soon. We do have groups that fit our running speed!!
