2026 Indianapolis Aruna Run

The Aruna Run is more than just a 5k race—it’s a chance to use running to help bring lifelong freedom to women who have survived human trafficking through the Aruna Project.

A few things make this race especially meaningful:

• 100% of race proceeds go directly toward the mission. Our race expenses are covered by generous sponsors, allowing every registration fee and additional donation to help bring freedom.
• Run for a woman by name. Every participant chooses the name of a woman to run or walk for. Her name is printed on their race bib, and participants receive updates about her journey toward freedom.
• Every participant receives a handmade bag from Aruna Artisans—women who have been freed and are now employed through Aruna’s Freedom Business.
• It’s a great community event!
