5k for pancreatic cancer awareness

Hello! We are both currently seniors at CSA New Tech. We are hosting a 5k to raise awareness for pancreatic cancer. Our event will be a running and/or walking event but prizes will be given to first, second and third place runners. All participants will receive a ribbon for participation. All proceeds earned will be donated to our local hospital cancer center, Columbus Regional Hospital. Our event will take place on March 9th. Registration will start at 8:30pm until the 5k starts, 9:30pm. Our 5k will be a glow in the dark theme so bring your glow sticks! (We will be also be providing glow sticks)There will be volunteers throughout the trail providing encouragement and light. The course will be out and back starting at Mill Race Tower and the turn around will be at walgreens. We will be providing beverages and snacks. We hope to see you there!!
