The Bee Bumble is held annually on the 4th Saturday of September in Bee-utiful Downtown Burnettsville, Indiana. Proceeds from the event help support the Bee Hive Community Center, Chamber of Commerce Community Projects, local Fire Dept., & local youth groups. The Bee Hive was the former Burnettsville High School gymnasium and home of the “Fighting Burnettsville Bees” from 1938 to 1963. GOODIE BAG AND PANCAKE & SAUSAGE BREAKFAST FOR ALL RUNNERS AND WALKERS. The 5K – You will start/finish at the Bee Hive following an out & back route. This is a fast course, straight and flat. There are two water stations located on the course. The 10K – 10K runners will start and finish on the same course as the 5K following an out & back route. Miles 3 and 4 offer moderately challenging hills. Three water stations are provided on the course.
