Fall Colors Run

McCloud Nature Park is the premiere running spot to experience the fall foliage in Hendricks County. Kick off our Fall Colors Festival with a 10K, 5K or one-mile course through the park’s trails and along Big Walnut Creek. After, enjoy a campfire with post-race refreshments then stick around for the Fall Colors Festival ran by Hendricks County Parks Naturalists with activities for the entire family.

* Runners and walkers of all abilities are welcome
* Commemorative Winter Hat for all participants
* Enjoy post-race campfire with refreshments
* Free Fall Festival after the race from 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
* All proceeds go to the Parks Foundation of Hendricks County with the mission to develop and enhance a “Natural Hendricks County”
