Athletes of all ages can explore Eagle Creek Park, one of the nation’s largest city
parks, via land and water alternating between trail runs and a canoe or kayak leg. The race
starts at the beach and consists of a 2.5-mile trail run, 1.5-mile paddle, and 2.5-mile trail run back to the beach.
Participants can enter as an individual, or 2-person team, and have the option to bring personal kayaks or canoes (with life jackets and paddles), or rent a boat in advance from Eagle Creek Outfitters. Spectators are welcome to support participants. Awards will be presented to the top solo female, the top solo male, top team and top relay team.
$60 before July 1; $70 before July 21; $80 day of. All Participants will
receive a medal, performance t-shirt, and access to a post-race party hosted at the Earth
Discovery Center. To guarantee a shirt in your size register by July 1. Boats are available for
rent through Eagle Creek Outfitters now through July 20 ($25 single dugout & kayaks, $35 on double kayaks & canoes); limited availability. All Eagle Creek Park Foundation members receive a $10 discount for race cost; applicable to new members as well.
An after party will be held post-race at the Earth Discovery Center. 100% of proceeds benefit the Eagle Creek Park Foundation.
