Open Door Decades Dash 5K & 1-Mile Kids’ Run

Help us celebrate Open Door’s 50th anniversary at the Open Door Decades Dash 5K and 1-Mile Kids’ Run! Wear attire from your favorite decade (70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, etc.) and join the fun. This timed event will have winners in various age brackets.

The 5K route starts at Canan Commons and runs through the heart of downtown Muncie, along the White River, and through the historic Minnetrista campus—using both White River and Cardinal Greenways.

Event proceeds will support Open Door’s Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) service, providing comprehensive and compassionate care for people seeking recovery from substance use disorders. Open Door’s MAT combines FDA-approved medication with quality medical care, behavioral counseling, and case management, all under one roof in Downtown Muncie.
