Overcomer 5K run/walk will be at the beautiful Avon Town Hall Park. May 16th will surely be a day to have fun for all ages and a way to support a great cause Peace Restored. This run/walk will be around a beautiful pond and on well-maintained trails in the Avon Town Park right off of US 36 in Avon. This run will include a 5K run or walk, a 1/2 mile Fun Run/Walk and a Kids ( under 10) Run! For the full 5K or 1/2 mile, ONLY kids (10 and under) can participate for free with a parent/adult registration but will NOT receive a t-shirt. This event is for people of all ages and skill levels! All registered participants will receive a t-shirt. Not only will you have a great day with family and friends you will be to provide funds for women who are hurting after abuse, trauma, and/or grief. Packet Pickup will be on race day at 8 am.
Plan to stay at the park for the DAY and enjoy all of our festivities. After the run is over, go to one of our food trucks to grab a bit to eat or a sweet treat! Then once you have relaxed a bit, come on over to our craft fair to do some shopping. If shopping isn’t your thing take some time to enjoy the many amenities that Avon Town Hall Park has to offer. We can’t wait to see you on May 16th!
