Choose between 5K, 8-mile, 10-mile, and half-marathon (13.1 mile) courses on a natural foot trail. The courses follow forest trails, and have long, mostly level stretches with several steep hills, which are tempered by switchbacks. Aid Stations along the courses offer drinks (water and Gatorade) every 2 to 3 miles. Courses will use sections of the newly paved bicycle trail that parallels the main forest road.
