On September 23rd, supporters from across Indiana are coming together for the St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month to raise money for the kids of St. Jude, where families never receive a bill for anything.
Did you know that families NEVER receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food? Because all a family should worry about is helping their child live. Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago. We won’t stop until no child dies from cancer.
The walk/run is held on September 23rd at the White River State Park-State Museum Lawn (650 W Washington St; right in front of the Eiteljorg museum). Registration is ONLY $10 and is both family and pet friendly. The length of the walk/run is between 2-3 miles. Day of registration begins at 7:30am and the opening ceremony begins at 8:30am!
Let’s end childhood cancer. Together.
