The Opening Act 5K – the pre-race to PorchFest

Join us for the Opening Act 5K, Sunday September 20 @ 10:30 AM.  The event is strategically located and place on the calendar to lead into PorchFest, Carmel’s all day music festival (free to the community).  The Opening Act 5K starts and finishes in MidTown Square in Carmel.  The timed event offers age group awards and unique medals to all finishers. Enjoy a complimentary beer from Field Brewing Company and because MidTown is in the new DORA district, you can walk with your drink to the start of PorchFest. To help you get to PorchFest, we are bringing in a Jazz Band to march you north on the Monon!  Be a part of the show and join us for this event!
