as we support the fight against Human Trafficking.
What is Workout for Hope: Our goal is to create awareness and to provide health and wellness services to the women at the Hope Center Indy, a Christ-centered residential campus committed to healing the personal lives and building the professional lives of women who are coming out of human trafficking.
Net proceeds from the Workout for Hope 5K will go to the Hope Center Indy as they combat human trafficking, the fastest growing criminal industry in the world. They will be purchasing necessary equipment for a weight room, cardio room, and weekly fitness classes, each taught by volunteer professionals who are passionate about this mission. Providing each of them with more than a workout: an opportunity to build healthy relationships with others. We believe when relationships are established, changes can be made, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
